Moving for Jesus!!!!!!!!!

Hello Saints,

We at Word of Christ Ministries bring you greetings and blessings in the name of our Blessed Redeemer Jesus Christ! We wanted to give you an update on what has been going on with the ministry as we labor to bring God's word and advance the Kingdom of God!!!

May was started with a flight into Atlanta, GA. On Tuesday, May 3rd I drove from Atlanta to Swartz, LA to hold a Revival at Liberty Full Gospel Church (Pastor Royce Lord). The Revival ran Tuesday, May 3rd through Thursday, May 5th. I was honored to be invited again and am always so tremendously blessed by seeing God speak and minister to the needs of His people and to see the length He will go in pursuit of those that have not accepted His mercy and free gift of Salvation.

Friday May 6th I headed to Sterling, LA to visit my Mentor Bro. Bobby Carter. I spent some wonderful time fellowshipping with him and his wife, Sis. Wanda. They are such dear people to me personally and such a blessing to The Kingdom of God! God has used this man so powerfully in my life. I am fulfilling my calling to God because of his obedience to fulfill his!

The time passed too quickly but I had to head out for my 6 1/2 hour drive south to Abbeville, LA to hold Friday, Saturday and Sunday Morning (Mother's Day) services at Praising Jesus Ministries, (Pastor Dennis Romero). God is faithful and such a loving Father. His Spirit of love, warmth and hospitality is always shown through these dear saints of God.

Immediately following the Sunday morning service I had to jump back on the highway to head to Pioneer, LA for a 3 day Revival at Colewa Community Church (Pastor Mike Harrington) that was to begin at 6:00 that evening. I had a long drive ahead and time was going to be tight but, I had to stay the course and leave the details to God. As I was rolling down the highway thinking of who God is, His goodness and mercies that are new every morning my spirit began to burst into a full praise!! I was so fully engulfed that I missed my exit and didn't notice until I was in Shreveport, LA a good 100+ miles from where I needed to be! BUT GOD........(isn't that always the case).... I arrived at His time, just in time! The service had started, everyone was on their hands and knees in prayer, and the service was without delay or interruption!

Tuesday night after the service and breaking bread with Pastor Mike, Sis. Mary and family, I hit the road again with another all night drive ahead of me to return the rental car by 9am in Atlanta.

Ministry on the road is not easy! There is absolultely nothing glamorous about it BUT, when you are doing it for GOD, you have to keep on keeping on because the Gospel of Jesus Christ must be preached to The Glory of God!!! So whether it's His hand of intervention or my motivation, It's still, "BUT GOD" !!!

Special thanks to Pastors Lord, Romero, Harrington and especially their wives for your gracious hospitality. I love you all and am so thankful for the opportunity you extended to stand in your pulpit.

God Bless ~ Bro. Mark
